The location was good. It was central.
The room was quite cold (i swear, there was only a radiator in the bathroom). It reminded me of sleeping in a fridge sometimes, and the beds were just two singles pushed together. The bathroom also smelled quite damp, not ideal.

the staff was helpful and the location was great for walking. the 4th-floor apartment was large with a kitchen. fresh towels and toiletries were provided, it was excellent value. the beds were very comfy, and the room was cleaned daily.
the room wasn't cleaned properly and i found an used wet towel in the bathroom. the toilet paper was half damp! the spoon had a coffee stain on it and so did the glass.

the hotel features a great location in the center of the tourist area! most sites are within walking distance from the hotel, including harpa concert hall. the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops.

the reception is open 24 hours and will store luggage if needed, very accommodating! the reception staff were most helpful with ordering taxis. they also provided helpful local knowledge to get around.

the room was very comfortable, it had everything i needed! the studio was spacious and featured a beautiful bathroom. a kitchen area was also included and felt homey, very convenient.

The hotel is in a great location right in the city center.
My room faced some nearby pubs, so I heard loud music until late. This was really annoying. The room also was not as clean as it could have been, and the bed felt terribly soft and cheap. I don't think it was worth the money I paid.

The location was excellent! i could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. The included breakfast saved me time and money each morning. I found the staff very helpful.
The street noise at night made it difficult to sleep. Earplugs are recommended.
